Shake chocolate porter is black in color with rich, dark chocolate aromatics and flavors and subtle coffee-like notes.
A malt-forward, not-too-hoppy American pale ale.
Brown ale brewed with lactose for a creamy mouth feel and honey for added sweetness.
A sweet “milk” stout, black in color, made with lactose, and chocolate malt for a roasted texture that helps balance the sweetness.
This collaboration with Kaldi’s Coffee uses the cold toddy method of extraction for the coffee. We mix it with Oatmeal Stout for an exceptionally delicious beer.
High-quality English malts give this ale strong roast and caramel flavors.
This robust porter has a warm place in our heart for its dark roasted malt character & rich essence of chocolate & coffee.
Stout brewed with wheat, oatmeal, lactose and Etheopian coffee.
Brewed from heirloom Maris Otter malts to create a beer with roots in blustery Scotland. Richly malty, aromatic, full-bodied and perfect with stews and roasts.
Blood Orange American Pale Ale
Double dosed session IPA with citra and mosaic passion fruit and white grapefruit to create this super citrusy and refreshing IPA
Pours a cloudy golden color, with a firm, off-white head that leaves lacing. The flavor has pale malts, fruits and some hopes are noticed.
Dark ruby color, moderate head of foam, big fruity nose. Robust fruity palate is packed with apple-pear character, nice malt backbone.
Classic Octoberfest with a malty and smooth taste. Locally grown wheat, Munich malt and noble hops.
Uses a light grain bill and clean-fermenting house lager yeast to create the perfect base to showcase large additions of Motueka and Centennial hops.
A smooth red ale with a blend of English malts to create a bright amber color. Notes of nuttiness, biscuit, caramel and a mild bread character.
Smooth Double IPA brewed with fresh peaches and honey. Collaboration with Burnt Mill Brewing in the UK.
Bold flavors of pineapple, grapefruit and mildly earthy dank pine emerge. Soft mouth feel, subtle bitterness, and dry finish.
This pumpkin Ale begins with roasted pumpkin that is splashed into our cauldron where malted barley and handfuls of cascade hops are stirred in with a pinch of cinnamon & clove.
